WinPK takes age verification seriously. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on winpk. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If you discover you have more than one account, you must contact winpk support immediately. WinPK reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. If any of your details change after registration, you must update your account profile promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. WinPK will never ask for your password by email, phone or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winpk immediately and change your password. Any activity occurring on your account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.
You may request closure of your winpk account at any time by contacting support. WinPK also reserves the right to close any account where a breach of these Terms is identified, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our standard procedures.
All transactions on winpk are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your winpk balance once the transaction has been confirmed through the relevant payment channel.
Minimum deposit amounts apply and may vary by payment method. The applicable minimum for each method is shown on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.
You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. WinPK does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. Deposits sourced from illegal activity will be refused and any such funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers and Raast transfers may take longer depending on the banking institution involved. WinPK is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All deposits, balances, stakes, winnings and withdrawals on winpk are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method linked to your winpk account. WinPK applies a policy of returning funds to the original deposit source where possible. Processing times for withdrawals vary by method and are outlined on the Deposit page.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the standard identity verification process. WinPK reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership — before releasing funds. This is a standard anti-fraud and security measure applied consistently across all accounts.
Withdrawals requested to a payment method different from the original deposit source may be subject to additional verification steps and processing time.
WinPK offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, PSL enhanced odds, accumulator boosts and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where applicable) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. All bets are subject to acceptance by winpk. The platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where a market has been suspended.
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or competition organiser. For Cricket and PSL markets, the official result from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant tournament authority is used. In the event of a disputed result, winpk will await official confirmation before settling markets.
Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket, PSL, Football and Esports markets. Odds on live markets change rapidly and it is your responsibility to confirm the odds shown at the time your bet is accepted. WinPK is not liable for delays in odds updates caused by internet connectivity issues on the user's end.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment without a result, obvious pricing errors, or where an event outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full in PKR.
Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. If any leg of an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. If a minimum number of selections is required for a promotion, voiding a leg may affect your eligibility for that offer.
WinPK's Casino section includes Live Casino games, Slots, Table Games and game show formats. All casino games are provided by third-party software providers and operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer studios.
Each casino game has its own set of rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing. WinPK does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of a game's rules or mechanics.
In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session — including disconnection, server interruption or software error — winpk will attempt to resolve the session in the most equitable manner possible.
